The Consultation It starts with identifying your goals and understanding your vision. Not entirely certain yet, that’s OK. We use a consultative process to learn what you’re looking to achieve. With that in mind, we provide clients various experiences throughout our showroom to allow to you better envision your new system. Based on your feedback, we will then craft a proposal specifically for you, with your parameters. The key design features we focus on are performance and reliability in any given budget. Communication
Once the project is underway, your Design Consultant will be in contact with important updates and will lay out a timeline for installation and completion. As a team we discuss your project daily, getting the most accurate shipment dates for product and communicating statuses and timelines for scheduling and completing the work. Every customer is our only customer and we believe this hypervigilant personal attention to your project is what makes us EPIC.
Installation
An exciting time for all, installation day is when the dream becomes a reality. Some projects take a day, others weeks. It all depends on the scope of work and the complexity of the installation. Rest assured, our technicians are well-trained, personable and professional. Last but not least is our cleanup and client education, providing you with an overview of how to use your system while ensuring your home is ready for guests!
